The Petit Palais’ mobile app is composed of free general tours that allow visitors to discover the richness of the collections at their own pace, through three suggested tours: 12 masterpieces, 30 must-sees, or a self-guided tour of the collections.

There are no audioguide on display at the museum.
Please note: Due to the closure of the Post-Impressionist gallery for the WE ARE [still] HERE exhibition, the presentation of the permanent collections has been rearranged.
Gustave Courbet's Self-Portrait with a Black Dog is currently on display as part of the exhibition Faces of Artists: From Gustave Courbet to Annette Messager (until July 19, 2026). Paul Cézanne's Three Bathers and Portrait of Ambroise Vollard are on view on the museum's garden level (Room 8), while Claude Monet's Sunset on the Seine at Lavacourt is on display on the ground floor (Room 22). Mary Cassatt's Bath, Auguste Rodin's Male Torso , and Pierre Bonnard's Portrait of Ambroise Vollard with a Cat are not currently on display.
